Package delivery
Packages are shipped within 1 to 3 working day(s) after payment. They
are usually shipped by Canpar or Puralotor with a tracking number and delivered
without signature. Packages can also be shipped by UPS and delivered with
signature. However, please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as
it incurs additional costs.
Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Emu Dundee is taking concrete action for the environment. In fact, the
packaging materials used to ship your orders are recycled. We reuse our
suppliers' boxes, packaging bubbles and shredded paper to reduce waste.

We will ship your order directly to your address. You will normally receive the merchandise within 2-4 business days.
Quebec and Ontario: Delivery charges of 12$ apply for all orders under 75$. Free shipping for orders over 75$.
